Kodak 400TX 120 film is a true legend in the world of photography. First introduced in 1940 in sheet film, this iconic emulsion has been a staple for over 80 years!

One of the key reasons for its lasting popularity is its incredible flexibility. Photographers can take 400TX 120 into a variety of lighting situations, easily recovering highlights and shadows, or adjusting the grain structure through different processing choices.

TX has been the go-to film for many top photographers throughout its history. In fact, when Kodak faced bankruptcy and restructuring in 2012, renowned photographer Don McCullin panic-bought 150 rolls of TX, fearing it might disappear. Thankfully, TX survived the turmoil and continues to be available fresh in both 35mm and 120 formats, much to the relief of photographers everywhere.
